Camping Rules
- Guests must hand over their identity papers for check-in procedures and read the “in-house regulations”.
- Visitors are admitted only with the Management’s authorisation and must hand over their identity papers and pay the regular daily fee. Visitors can not enter with their cars.
- The Management reserves the right, on its unquestionable judgement, not to admit undesirable guests or excessive numbers of persons to the camping/village.
- The office hours and the opening hours of all services are shown on these same buildings. Cash desk: from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
- Departures and arrivals are regulated in conformity with the displayed times. On the day of departure, guests are obliged to leave their bungalow /mobil home before 10 a.m. and their pitch before 12.00 a.m.. After this time the price of an additional day will be charged.
- Camping places are always assigned by the Reception; guests must follow the Management’s disposals as to parking cars and putting up tents or positioning caravans which have not to cause problems to the normal circulation. Cars must be parked inside the pitch and be driven at a walking pace.
- From 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 7 a.m. any activities disturbing the quiet of the campsite are forbidden, such as putting up or pulling down tents, using radios or similar equipments, or gathering in noisy crowds. The entrance and exit gates will be closed and therefore it is forbidden to drive in or to leave the campsite with motor-vehicles.
- Motorcycles and scooters cannot be ridden inside the camping/village; they must be parked in the parking place located at the entrance of the campsite, showing the dedicated pass.
- Each guest is obliged to keep valuables under its own responsibility. The Management is not responsible, for any reason whatsoever, for the loss or theft of valuables. Deposits and withdrawals can be made only during the cash desk opening time.
- It is absolutely forbidden to damage plants, equipment and services of the camping/village. It is also forbidden to dig ditches around tents, pour boiling or salty liquids on the ground, throw or leave rubbish around and start fires in the open. It is also forbidden to anchor tarpaulins or awnings with ropes tied to the trees. The Management is not responsible for damages caused by accidental or unforeseeable events. The use of grills is forbidden.
- Guests using any equipment or facilities including the swimming pool, do so at their own risk.
- Paper and other rubbish must be thrown in the appropriate containers and in the separate rubbish collection points located in the different areas of the camping/village.
- Linen, pots and pottery must be washed only in the appropriate sinks, located around the sanitary buildings.
- Dogs are allowed only with the authorization of the Management and they have to be kept on a leash. The owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and are obliged to inform the operators at check-in time.
- It is forbidden to play football, bowls and volleyball outside the dedicated areas.
- Minors are admitted to the camping/village only if accompanied by their parents. Children must always be accompanied when using the various services, facilities or toilets. Parents are responsible for their own children and the Management declines any responsibility in this respect.
- Post must be collected personally by an adult from the reception. After 7 days, any post which has not been collected will be returned to the sender.
- Guests must immediately inform the campsite management of any infectious disease.
- Entrance to the campsite implies the acceptance and full observance of these “REGULATIONS” which may be integrated, apart, by additional rules and regulations which the Management feels to be appropriate in order to run the campsite in the best possible way. The campsite staff is authorised to make guests respect these regulations and to inform the Management of any cases in which these regulations are not observed. Anyone breaking the rules and regulations will be asked to leave the camping-village immediately.
- It is forbidden to alter the conditions of the terrain, to build any kind of fencing or similar enclosures. Electrical connections will be provided only for those users who have a suitable EEC standard cable and plug. It is absolutely forbidden to install or use any kind of non-standard floodlight, which is not indicated on the camping village lighting plan.
